Insurance and Billing
Most patients settle their bills in clinic and later submit claims to their insurance company for reimburse ment. Some insurance companies can arrange for outpatient or inpatient treatment and procedures to have a guarantee of payment in place (GOP) before their visit so they can rest assured that the treatment costs will be covered. We cooperate with international healthcare insurance / assistance companies, which makes it possible for us to accept direct billing services for our clients. We do advise that you contact your insurance company first for further details of your coverage, limits and exclusions.

Direct billing is a service which allows you to not have to pay for the medical services on the day of your visit – our team will manage all administrative tasks with your insurance company.
It is possible that some insurances policy is not eligible for direct billing and you will be requested for “pay and claim”. In this case, we will provide the documents needed and the patient will file reimbursement with insurance directly.
What to do if you want to use direct billing?
- Contact your insurance before your visit and ask for guarantee of payment.
- Check if your policy is eligible for direct billing or if you need to self-pay and file reimbursement afterwards.
- Most insurance excludes pre-existing condition. Confirm with your insurance if the treatment will be covered.
- Check with your insurance if you have deductible or policy excess.
